Today, The Society for Experiential Graphic Design (SEGD) awarded SignAgent with an Arrow Award. The Arrow Award recognizes exemplary service or dedication to advancing technologies and manufacturing in experiential graphic design and striving to provide the highest quality in products and services in the field. Past recipients have included 22 miles, NanoLumens, 3M, iZone, DESIGNTEX, and CRĒO Industrial Arts.

The 2021 SEGD Arrow Award was presented to SignAgent founder and president, David Jorritsma during a special ceremony at the society's annual 3-day conference, which is being held in Philadelphia this year.

"I'm very happy to receive this recognition on behalf of the team at SignAgent," said David Jorritsma. "Our goal has always been to use technology to make it easier for everyone in the wayfinding project workflow to get their work done. It results in greater efficiency and better communication between all wayfinding and signage stakeholders, but more importantly, it leads to a better experience for visitors and staff in the facilities where SignAgent is used."

SignAgent is a cloud-based platform that offers greater control of signage and wayfinding projects and a more efficient process for designing, installing, and maintaining physical wayfinding signage and other assets. The cloud-based platform, which includes a mobile app, is used by wayfinding designers, signage fabricators, and facility managers around the world.
