SignAgent, Inc ("us," "we," "our"), is a Corporation formed in Ontario, Canada. This Privacy Notice explains how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website or services.

You directly provide SignAgent with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

SignAgent may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:
- When you are invited to use our website or services by one of our existing customers. For example, when you are invited by one of our customers to view one of their signage projects.

SignAgent does not sell your personal data, and collects your data so that we can:
- Create and manage your account.
- SignAgent’s requires your name, company name, email address, phone number, and billing information in order to sign up for our services.
- Process your orders and manage your transactions.
- SignAgent requires your billing information in order to complete purchases through SignAgent’s platform.
- Improve our products and services.
- Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like.
When SignAgent processes your order, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.
Marketing
SignAgent would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.
If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

How do we store your data?
SignAgent securely stores your data across multiple data centres using Amazon Web Services (AWS). These data centres are located in Canada (CA), the United States of America (USA), and the European Union (EU) which means your data may be processed in those countries and it may be accessible to law enforcement authorities and national security authorities within those countries and jurisdictions. The data privacy regulations of both CA and the USA are considered adequate by the European Commission.
All data centres are secured using a minimum of SOC 2 compliant practices, and SignAgent will keep your personal data for 7 years after your last purchase, the end of your subscription to all of our services. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data with a secure automated deletion process.
How do we protect your information?
We have implemented the following measures to protect and safeguard your personal information:
- Limiting the amount of personal information that we collect for the purposes for which it was collected or to meet legal requirements;
- Using SSL or other secure connection technologies when receiving or sending personal information beyond internal networks;
- Limiting access to personal information to only those persons in our organization who require such access to provide you with services;
- Requiring our employees to sign confidentiality agreements; and
- Maintaining up-to-date software and technological safeguards.
What are your data protection rights?
SignAgent would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access
You have the right to request SignAgent for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
The right to rectification
You have the right to request that SignAgent correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request SignAgent to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure
You have the right to request that SignAgent erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to restrict processing
You have the right to request that SignAgent restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing
You have the right to object to SignAgent’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability
You have the right to request that SignAgent transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

We will fulfill most consumer requests within 30 days of receipt. However, some requests may take longer to complete, in which case we will notify you in writing if we need more time to respond (up to an additional 30 days). Under certain conditions we may deny your request(s), but in those circumstances we will provide you with the reasons for denial.
