FAQs
What will happen to the existing app I have downloaded?
The name will change to SignAgent Legacy but that's the only change. It will continue to work and all of your data can still be synced to and from this app. Within the next few months it will be phased out as projects wrap up and the new app is adopted.
Will I have to resync all of my data?
All of the data will need to be resynced to the new app, but there's good news—syncing is now much faster and can be done selectively.
I'm in the middle of a project, can I still switch to the new app?
Yes. We recommend it. If you want to switch, ensure all data is synced up on the old app before logging in on the new and performing a sync down. You can then continue working like nothing happened.
New process workflows?

Are there any changes to levels of permissions or how to add reviewers?
Reviewer permissions and the ability to grant app access remain unchanged. This is a newer faster interface with some extra tools, but the underlying access is the same.
Are there any changes being made to pricing?
You can continue working in the new app the same way you always have for the same price. This app supports additional features specific to SignAgent Build tools and licensing that are priced by sign rather than by user, but you don't have to be on this license structure to use the app.
