Yes, SignAgent artwork is intended to be used for fabrication. There is even a Fabricator Script that is used to gather and format exported files into a print-ready state.
Currently the Designer does not have all of the features that classic Illustrator templating does. We will be working to include, repeats, sides, and options in future versions.
Yes, SignAgent artwork is intended to be used for fabrication. There is even a Fabricator Script that is used to gather and format exported files into a print-ready state.
Yes, for licensing reasons, SignAgent requires fonts to be uploaded to the system before they can be used in a template. If you try to use a template without all of the required fonts, the Designer will inform you of which are missing and provide a link to upload them. This support article explains how to upload fonts.
No, the Designer edits SVGs in a different way to templates created in Illustrator and they are not currently compatible.
Yes, artwork maintains the original size of the document you upload. If your original file is to scale, that scale will be retained in SignAgent as well as any documents exported.
